Sage Sessions offer accessible exploration into all of ‘the other limbs’ – Yamas and Niyamas, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi. Not only will this help you put more Yoga in your yoga but will be integral in helping you view the world and all in it from a slightly different perspective, without judgement.

The format of our monthly Friday SAGE Session will start with a pranayama (breathing) exercise, followed by a meditation technique, followed by Sanskrit chanting, concluding with philosophical discussion and questions.

The session will be open and inclusive with plenty of opportunity for discussion, practical application and feedback of techniques shared.



Valid for our monthly Friday SAGE Session- Meditation, Pranayama, Sanskrit chanting and Yogic Philosophy class.

This class runs on the first Friday of each month 5.30pm – 7.00pm

No pre-requisites just a curiosity to learn more about all aspects of the Ashtanga system
